 What are Warrants?

Warrants are listed financial products, whose value is dependant on assets traded on organized markets. In turn, the evolution and behavior of these markets depends on the evolution of these assets.

Warrants give the holder the right - not the obligation - to buy (Call Option) or sell (Put Option) the underlying asset at a previously arranged price (exercise price) and at a, also previously arranged, future date (maturity date).

You can trade Warrants up to the end of the 4th working day before maturity date. You can find this information on the respective technical sheets.

This text provides information only, not any advice on buying or selling any kind of Warrants. Potential investors should read the relevant prospectuses, available at Euronext Lisboa and CMVM (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários - Portuguese Securities Market Commission), or at www.euronext.pt.
